The Story Behind

Siraya Consultancy was born to address a recurring commercial gap: technically strong companies with credible products that stall when business decisions lack senior ownership of marketing, sales and business development.

The founders and leadership teams I work with, particularly in medical devices, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing, are often brilliant engineers and innovators. Their products are validated, in-market, and solving real problems. What's missing isn't effort or ambition. It's experienced commercial leadership navigating complex, competitive environments.

In many cases, companies lack senior-level ownership of commercial strategy, leaving critical growth decisions fragmented across departments without a unifying framework. In others, founders find themselves making high-stakes expansion and partnership decisions without an experienced, independent voice to challenge assumptions, and connect the dots between vision and execution.

That's where I come in.

How I work with Clients

Diagnosis Before Solutions

Commercial Diagnosis

It begins with understanding how the business operates, how decisions are made, and where execution breaks down.

This involves reviewing context and listening closely to leadership teams on how the business actually operates, and examining how decisions are made and executed. The objective is to diagnose what problems and gaps are overlooked.

The focus is on identifying root causes rather than reacting to surface symptoms. Solutions are proposed only after the underlying issues are fully defined.

Structured Engagement

Once the diagnosis is clear, engagement is structured around what the situation truly requires.

Scope, role, and expectations are defined upfront. Solutions and frameworks are applied selectively, measurable outcomes are established, and progress is reviewed regularly. What does not work is adjusted, and what does work is reinforced.

This approach allows issues to be addressed methodically, progress to be monitored, and objectives to be pursued with discipline rather than assumption.
